Free Fast Shipping on All Orders
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions. During peak seasons or promotional periods, shipping times may be slightly longer.
Subscription Shipments
For subscription orders:
- Your subscription renews and ships automatically each month
- Shipments are sent on the same date each month (based on your original order date)
- You will receive an email notification before each shipment
- You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@nightlysleep.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
